LHH is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years' marketing experience-preferably within the legal sector-and a proven ability to deliver creative, impactful campaigns aligned with strategic objectives. This is a hybrid role at our client's office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand recognition and market presence for our client in Dallas and beyond.
Collaborate with practice groups and attorneys to craft engaging content for client alerts, newsletters, presentations, proposals, and digital platforms.
Plan, execute, and evaluate firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client seminars-virtually and in person.
Oversee digital presence, including website management, SEO strategy, and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and more).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business development opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Create pitch materials, respond to RFPs, and develop client-facing presentations with a consistent brand voice.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance; recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, media contacts, and local business organizations to expand thought leadership and outreach.
Assist in preparing and monitoring annual marketing budgets and project timelines.
Coordinate and supervise junior marketing staff and interns as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in a law firm environment.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing effective marketing and business development strategies.
Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work hybrid at our client's office in the Dallas, TX area.
