Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our outpatient primary care practice in Upstate New York, just 2 hours north of NYC and 30 minutes south of Albany. This is an outpatient role with strong administrative support and flexibility to shape your practice style.
Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only primary care practice
• Full-time permanent
• Approx. 1 weekend per 6 weeks on-call (phone only)

• EPIC EMR system

• Base salary $110,000"$156,000 (based on experience) + productivity incentives
• Hospital-employed status
