You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. THE WORK: You’ll provide senior-level field engineering support during active construction, including earthwork, bridge and structural elements such as viaducts, foundations, CIDH piles, retaining walls, roadway, utilities, and grade separation elements. You’ll review construction means and methods for compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and constructability, with a particular focus on structural work and sequencing. You’ll assess how daily field activities affect critical path schedule, cost, risk, traffic handling, and public impacts, and support resolution of field issues, conflicts, and unforeseen conditions. You’ll identify potential downstream impacts early, elevate issues to the RE/CM team, and support coordination between design intent, construction execution, and contract requirements. You’ll assist with RFIs, submittals, structural shop drawings, change orders, and field directives, and support quantity tracking, progress verification, and pay estimate documentation. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list. You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands. AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it. Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name. Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support. Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point. Recognition that means something in this industry.
