Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a supportive medical staff and operations team.
• Exercise autonomy in scheduling, patient volumes, and practice operations.
• Maintain a balanced professional and personal lifestyle.
• Engage in local administration with decision-making based in BV Hospital.
• Receive strong subspecialty support and mentorship opportunities.
• Provide care with ample time allocated for patients who value your expertise.
• Conduct surgical cases at the main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center.
• Utilize advanced equipment, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots.
• Perform various office procedures related to urology.
• Be part of a group with surgical and robotics expertise, averaging 20-30 patients per day.
• Participate in a light on-call schedule, ensuring accessibility for patient consultations.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology.
• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to starting).
• Strong communication skills and dedication to patient care.
• Clean malpractice and license records.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology - REQUIRED
• Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED
• DEA - must be obtained prior to start - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history - REQUIRED
