Neurology Physician

Permanent Opportunity for a Neurologist in Ashtabula, OH

Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC), an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Neurologist to join our dynamic multispecialty group practice. With over 60 employed providers, including 21 primary care physicians, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment in Ashtabula, Ohio, where patient care is our top priority.

Job Responsibilities:

• See 15-20 patients per day (non-negotiable).
• Negotiate a full-time schedule.
• Participate in on-call duties for 10 days per month.
• Provide patient care for a 100% adult population.
• Work primarily in outpatient settings (95% outpatient, 5% inpatient).
• Collaborate with a team of 50 physicians and 10 APPs.
• Utilize onsite lab and X-ray facilities.
• Work with ancillary office staff, including EMG tech and LPN.
• Operate with EMR system - EPIC.
• Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology (required).
• Valid Ohio medical license (or the willingness to obtain one).
• BLS and ACLS certification (to be obtained by start).
• DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).
• Experience with lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, and Botox administration.
• Willingness to relocate or live within a 40-mile radius of Ashtabula.
• Open to visa support (J1 or H1B).

License and Certification Requirements:

• OH medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (by start).
• DEA registration (must be completed prior to start).
