Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Deer Park Clinic. Provide high-quality patient care in a Family Practice setting. Work autonomously and collaborate within a community health environment.
Completion of a program with an accredited school. Current license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board. Active DEA. 2 years of paid experience. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking), preferred.
