Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients, from assessment to treatment, in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Perform complete, accurate history and physical assessments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, communicating results to patients and documenting appropriately.
• Prescribe treatments and manage care for a wide range of age groups.
• Ensure adherence to patient health safety laws and regulations.
• Engage in quality assurance and compliance audits.
• Actively participate in teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents.
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling schedule coverage and patient care needs.
• Promote patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment options.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience working with patients across all age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willing to obtain).
• DEA registration (or willing to obtain).
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
