Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Locum Ongoing FM PA or NP needed in Kalamazoo County, Michigan Location: Kalamazoo County in Southern Michigan; beautiful area; rated the top place to live in Michigan; lots of recreational, cultural, and historic activity options; great urban/suburban mix; low cost of living. Setting: Outpatient Clinic Start Date: September 1 End Date: Ongoing with possibility of perm as they are searching for a perm provider Coverage: 8-10 shifts in September, ongoing until perm provider is hired Shifts: 9am-7pm Patients per Shift: 15-30 (10 hrs) Requirements:

• BE/BC (BE minimum) Family Medicine
• Must be able to treat all ages
• Active, Clean License (Must be able to attain MI license if not currently licensed here)
• Bids from Providers with IMLC are welcome
• BLS Certification
