Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A clinic in Santa Rosa and Fort Jones (2 positions) are seeking a locum, temp to perm and perm advanced practice primary care provider

Start Date: ASAP with credentialing - Likely July/August start or whenever you can start!
End Date: Ongoing 3 month initial contract
Hourly rate with transportation and housing provided

M-F 8-5
15-20 patients per day
