Responsibilities
- Work the domestic payments queue across ACH, checks, domestic wires and stablecoin, resolving cases in Salesforce with clear, customer-safe explanations.

- Work exceptions with external banking partners, bringing the right identifiers and evidence to speed resolution.
- Keep the queue healthy by maintaining Salesforce routing and hygiene, balancing case quality and attention to detail.
- Write and maintain documentation (SOPs, training materials) and help onboard and cross-train new analysts.
- Leverage data and AI (Hex, SQL/Snowflake, Retool, LLMs) to investigate cases faster, build monitoring and dashboards, and automate repeat work.
- Identify process gaps, determine whether each is a manual error, data break, or process gap, and bring clear requirements to Engineering and Product.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, CSMs, AEs, Accounting, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Design, and external banking partners to resolve exceptions and prepare for new flows.
- Participate in the coverage rotation on some holidays for urgent cases.

- Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous feedback and improvement.
- AI-native operator mindset, using LLMs/copilots to draft SOPs, triage exceptions, and generate first-pass analyses with strong output validation.

- Working knowledge of ACH and NACHA rules, return codes, and the lifecycle of wires and checks (including Reg CC and UCC 4A basics).
- Data fluency: intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots) and comfort analyzing operational dashboards (e.g., Hex) to monitor volumes, returns, and exceptions.
- Comfort with SQL/Python for operational analytics, building checks and alerts, or automating workflows (e.g., Retool, Zapier).
- Experience with Salesforce case management and queue routing.
- Exposure to audits or control testing
- Experience with fraud, OFAC, or compliance-adjacent investigations.
