As our Urologist Physician, you will join our growing practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in The Woodlands, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our urology practice.
Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.
To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Urologist Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care. The ideal candidate would have completed a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship.
- Join an established urology team, with a large primary care referral base and built-in referral system
- This role involves treating a broad range of urological conditions, with a particular emphasis on conditions affecting female patients
- In-clinic procedures include cystoscopy, bladder Botox injections, and ultrasound guided biopsy (transperineal and transrectal), as well as additional minor procedures. Ability to incorporate urodynamics in the future.
- Operating room, admitting and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which includes 6 operating rooms, 4 of which are equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME. Job Requirements
Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship
- American Board Certification and active BLS
Preferred:
- Ideal candidate would have completed a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship
