What you'll doAs Country Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will play a pivotal role by steering national operations towards ambitious growth targets. Your day to day activities will involve developing robust commercial strategies that drive both top line revenue and bottom line profitability while ensuring every centre operates at peak efficiency. Success in this role requires you to foster a collaborative environment where your team feels supported to excel; you'll nurture talent through mentorship while promoting cross functional cooperation between sales, marketing, operations, and network development. By leveraging data driven insights to inform decision making processes and holding teams accountable through clear KPIs, you will ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Own and deliver the country's financial performance by setting ambitious revenue and profit targets while ensuring these are consistently met or exceeded through effective commercial strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic growth plans that span all brands and channels within the organization's portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and driving sustainable expansion.
- Forge new partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate network expansion.
