  • You'll join a physician-led orthopaedic group with 4 orthopaedic surgeons plus a Foot & Ankle specialist, supported by 4 APPs (option for a dedicated PA/NP)
  • Comprehensive on-site resources: MRI, walk-in clinic, therapy, and a practice-owned ASC on the same campus
  • Sports-focused case mix includes arthroscopic shoulder/knee, ACL/meniscus, rotator cuff, labral repairs, and sports trauma
  • Efficient OR options: ASC for routine cases (fast turnover) plus affiliated community hospital access for higher-acuity needs

Schedule

  • Clinic volume typically 20-30 patients per day with steady referrals from primary care and internal orthopaedic partners
  • Expected surgical volume averages 5-8 sports cases per week, with room to grow based on your preferences and block time
  • Call is shared at 1:5; commonly 2 call shifts per week with hospitalist support for admissions
  • ASC offers streamlined days, with select overnight capability during the week for appropriate cases

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting with productivity bonus
  • Strong earnings runway: Year 1 anticipated $750k minimum; partnership eligibility at the start of Year 2 with collections-based model

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon
