We are seeking Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our team in Middlebury, IN. This position offers a pay rate of $28 per hour for 1st shift. Manual transmission and flatbed experience is required.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $28 per hour
Home daily with local and regional routes
Optional overnight runs available

Job Details

Route Type: Local Delivery
Freight: Flat aluminum stock, occasionally coils
Equipment: Flatbed and Conestoga trailers
Handling: Driver must strap or chain (no tarp)
Local runs approximately 150 miles

Key Responsibilities

Operate 2026 Kenworth 10-speed trucks
Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods
Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
Valid Class A CDL
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to operate flatbed and Conestoga equipment, and a manual transmission
