TransForce is seeking a CDL A regional driver to support local operations based in Hermitage, PA.

About the Position

This role involves operating a tanker to haul catalyst chemicals to various facilities, including some government locations. The driver will be responsible for unloading the tanker using an air-compressed hose or pump.

Pay & Schedule Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday with a 4 AM start time. Some home time throughout the week and home on the weekends.
Pay: $0.77 per mile, $33 on duty not driving, $30 per diem on nights out.

Job Details

Route Type: Regional, running Monday through Friday with some overnights.
Freight Type: Chemicals.
Equipment: Tractor with Tanker, all 2023 and up automatics equipped with refrigerators.
Handling: Driver will unload tanker with air-compressed hose or pump. No pets or rider policies.
Operating Radius: 250-500 miles.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment.
Unload tanker using pump/hose.
Complete all paperwork, reports, and other documentation.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
