Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Recommender Systems

Audacity is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Recommender Systems to join our innovative AI team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing sophisticated recommendation engines that power critical aspects of our product. You will lead the research and development of novel algorithms to personalize user experiences and drive engagement across our platforms.

As a Principal Engineer, you will be expected to provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall ML strategy of the company. Your expertise in areas such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, matrix factorization, and deep learning-based recommenders will be essential. You should be comfortable working with large-scale data and distributed systems.
