Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and physical exams
Diagnose and treat ENT-related and general medical conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and care plans
Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
Support outpatient care delivery across multiple clinic locations
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (WI license or eligible)
Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
ENT experience preferred but not required
