Senior Technical Support Engineer (Security & Smart Home)

We are looking to hire a talented Senior Technical Support Engineer for our Security & Smart Home Division.

The position involves providing technical support to our B2B customers for the Security & Smart Home products distributed by the company in the Cyprus market. Some of the major brands are: Dahua, Ajax Security, Sonoff, Reolink, Woox etc

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service by phone, email or in person to customers for the products concerned
• Regularly update your knowledge about the products offered by the company and the relevant technologies involved
• Provide before sales advice to customers and assist with the selection and planning of solutions for small and medium size projects
• Provide after sales support for products and be involved in the process of the repair and/or programming of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers

Required Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Good knowledge of networks and networking equipment
• Previous experience of at least 10 years with CCTV & Smart Home Products
• Customer Service Oriented
• Team Player
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Information

• Monday to Friday 8.00 am–5.00 pm Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00pm
• Salary Range: €2,200 to €2,800 (based on Knowledge and Experience)
• Yearly Bonus based on achieving company targets
• Regular training provided by company’s vendors and relevant organizations
• Yearly holidays: 28days
