About the Opportunity

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking experienced, actively licensed life insurance producers who want to grow their businesses, strengthen client relationships, and access support for marketing, case design, and complex planning opportunities. This opportunity is intended for established producers with at least three years of active life insurance sales experience—not entry-level candidates seeking their first license.
Our open-architecture model offers independent contracts, no non-compete on your book of business, and access to marketing, training, case-design, and joint-work resources. You can focus on developing relationships and serving clients while collaborating with specialists when additional support is needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship building with individuals, families, and business owners.
- Conduct client consultations to understand protection needs, financial priorities, and existing coverage, and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Guide cases through the sales process, from discovery and recommendations through application, underwriting follow-up, and policy placement, working with support teams as needed.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews that address changing needs.
- Collaborate with WealthBridge’s resources for marketing, training, case design, and joint work while maintaining required licensing, continuing education, and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience as a licensed life insurance agent actively selling life insurance.
- An active Life, Accident & Health insurance license.
- Demonstrated ability to generate life insurance business and advise individuals, families, business owners, or a combination of these groups. Experience with every client segment is not required.
- Experience guiding clients through the life insurance sales process. Working alongside case managers, underwriting teams, and case-design specialists is fully acceptable; candidates do not need to perform every technical or administrative step independently.
- Interest in building a full-time, commission-based practice without a guaranteed salary.
- Authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced case-design experience or experience handling complex underwriting situations.
- Experience with annuity products, investment products, or both.
- Experience serving business owners or high-net-worth clients.
- Additional active insurance or financial-services licenses.
Requirements
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity, not a salaried position. Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars and is based on the adviser’s production.
WealthBridge offers competitive commission payouts, with specific terms based on the applicable contract and production level. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. There is no guaranteed salary or fixed annual earnings range.
Location & Flexibility
We welcome experienced life insurance agents from across the United States. This opportunity is available remotely nationwide, with no mandatory office attendance.
Advisers who prefer an office environment can access our locations in New York City; Hackensack, New Jersey; Garden City, New York; and Melville, New York for in-person collaboration and firm support.
