About the Job:
We are actively hiring a Site Solutions Director
Shift: Monday-Friday day shift (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Requirements
PURPOSE: The Site Solutions Director is aligned by opportunity/sponsor/CRO/program based on business needs and serves as Flourish Research’s single, network-level relationship point of contact across that program’s entire proposed and awarded site network. This is a network solution role, not a regional or single-site assignment. The Site Solutions Director owns the sponsor/CRO relationship for
the life of the program, maintaining a regular cadence of communication to drive site network efficiencies, addressing program growth opportunities, and helping resolve bottlenecks from the opportunity stage through study completion. This is a client relationship and commercial strategy role,
not an operational project management role — site-level operations remain the responsibility of Operations, Site Directors, and operational Project Managers.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Executive Director/VP, Business Development – Oncology (Valkyrie Clinical Trials programs), or Executive Director/VP, Commercial Strategy (Flourish General Medicine programs), depending on program assignment.
Departments Supervised: None (individual contributor role)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
A. Serve as the single, network-level point of contact for an assigned opportunity or sponsor/CRO study program based on business needs, representing Flourish’s entire proposed and awarded site network — a network solution role, not a regional or single-site assignment.
B. Serve as the dedicated commercial liaison for assigned region(s), fostering alignment and facilitating communication between clinical operations and business development stakeholders to advance organizational priorities and support growth in the respective region(s).
C. Participate in operations meetings for assigned region(s), as commercial strategy team deems appropriate, to advise RDO(s) and site teams on their ongoing management and enhancement of site information, capabilities, and differentiators to strengthen study placement opportunities and commercial success.
D. Partner with commercial leadership and business development to support strategic network growth through a thorough understanding of evolving investigator relationships, therapeutic specialties, site capabilities, and opportunities for expansion and diversification.
E. Own and manage the sponsor/CRO relationship across the opportunity or full study program based on business needs, from the opportunity stage through study completion, in partnership with Business Development and Operations.
F. Establish and maintain a regular cadence of communication with the sponsor/CRO focused on site network efficiencies, communication, and program growth opportunities (e.g., adding patients or sites to the program) in partnership with Business Development and Operations.

G. Proactively identify and help resolve bottlenecks across the program — from opportunity through study completion — partnering with Operations and site teams rather than managing operational execution directly.
H. Partner with Business Development, Feasibility, and Proposal teams as applicable from the point of program assignment through award, supporting the win strategy, then sustain and deepen the relationship throughout the program to move Flourish toward long-term, trusted partner status.
I. Represent Flourish’s site network strategy to the sponsor/CRO across all proposed sites, awarded sites, and additional sites considered for the study as the program evolves.
J. Serve as the client-facing conduit in both directions: representing Flourish’s internal team and strategy to the sponsor/CRO and representing the sponsor/CRO and its asset to Flourish’s internal team.
K. Collaborate with Business Development and Proposal teams on account pipeline-building and cross-sell opportunities within existing study programs.
L. Partner with Operations, Site Directors, and operational Project Managers on program delivery — escalating issues and proactively sharing client intelligence to get ahead of problems — while day-to-day operational execution and site-level issue resolution remain the responsibility of Operations and site teams; this is not an operational project management role.
M. Bring any new opportunity identified within an assigned program forward to the team — including additional sites, additional patients, and new studies or opportunities discussed with the sponsor/CRO — in partnership with Business Development.
N. Respond promptly to sponsor/CRO questions, feedback, feasibility & PSV requests, and study escalations, consistent with Flourish’s general policy of no more than 48 hours; formal KPIs for response time and other program metrics will be established for this role.
O. Maintain working knowledge of the program’s proposed and awarded site network — capabilities, staff, and performance history — to support credible, informed sponsor/CRO conversations.
P. Support Business Development, Proposal, and Feasibility teams during the proposal and site selection phases to ensure the site network is well represented to the sponsor/CRO.
Q. Track program and relationship status and provide regular updates to Business Development and Commercial leadership; maintain full, prompt compliance with Flourish’s CRM/Salesforce administration policy for all opportunities and studies within the assigned program — including timely entry of key information, updates, activities, ballpark budgets, and award/loss details and notes.
R. Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
S. Additional duties as assigned by management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
A. Work is performed in a remote office setting.
B. Travel may be required up to 50%, including travel across the assigned program’s site network and to sponsor/CRO meetings.

F. Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical research operations, business development, account management, or sponsor/CRO relationship management. Prior experience within

E. Capable of working cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Site Directors, and Project Managers without assuming ownership of their respective responsibilities.
F. Sound judgment to distinguish relationship and program strategy ownership from operational project management.
G. Ability to identify and escalate risks and bottlenecks early, and to bring client intelligence back to internal teams to improve transparency and delivery.
H. Skilled in identifying account growth and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Business Development; comfortable operating in a non-transactional, relationship-first role.
I. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
J. Excellent computer skills, including Office 365 products and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
K. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
L. Flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize competing demands across multiple sites within a program.
