Lovable

FullTime

Brand Designer, AI & Ops

TL;DR - We're looking for a world-class brand designer who treats generative AI and custom tooling as a primary production method for brand work. You'll direct AI output at volume, both across Lovable’s brand and creative and Lovable’s output itself. You’ll be working closely with a Brand Engineer to ensure whatever workflow you wish for can scale. This is a new role with no precedent - you’ll be defining a lot of it as you go. Why Lovable? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started. We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software. What we're looking for Strong design taste - you can tell good from generic, and you can articulate why Real fluency with AI generation tools (image, video, whatever's next) as a craft, not a party trick - you already have opinions about which models and workflows produce better output and why Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools, and guidelines that enable teams to execute independently - except here the "team" increasingly includes the AI pipeline itself A portfolio of shipped brand assets - campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, marketing collateral - plus evidence of AI-native production, not just AI-assisted Comfortable with ambiguity - this function doesn't have a template at Lovable or anywhere else yet Technical range - prompt engineering counts, scripting, automation and building custom tools is even better. We're not asking you to be an engineer, but the more range you have the faster the seam between you and the Brand Engineer disappears. What you'll do In one sentence: Shape how the world sees and experiences Lovable, using AI as the primary means of production. Evolve Lovable's visual identity across all brand touchpoints Build and maintain the visual system as something machines can execute against: style references, fine-tunes/LoRAs, prompt libraries, not just a static guidelines deck Direct and review AI-generated output at volume across campaigns, social, events, and partnerships - you're the judgment layer, not the hands Establish brand guidelines and systems that ensure consistency as we scale rapidly, in an AI-native production model Work closely with a Brand Engineer who builds the tooling that lets you do this at scale - you define what the tools need to produce, they build the systems to scale and maintain them Be scrappy and hands-on with whatever the brand needs - from a LinkedIn carousel to event signage, hand-made when hand-making is the point Help set the bar for creative quality and taste at Lovable How we hire Fill in a short form then jump on an initial exploratory call. We'll send you a quick take-home asking to present your best work over a loom video presentation. Join us for a round of interviews to discuss your experience in more depth Join us for trial work lasting 1-2 days remote or on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Lovable feels right for you.

Rippling

Salaried, full-time

Product Design Lead, Design Systems

About the role This Staff/Principal-level Designer will drive AI-powered design system work at Rippling - from AI user experience patterns to internal systems that drive quality and speed. The Rippling Design System team is responsible for driving the core UX across over 40 products and raising the bar for quality across the company. This group is at the forefront of creating cutting edge AI tooling to ensure designers and product teams can build advanced prototypes and production-ready code that leverage our design system code and best practices. Because Design Systems is at the heart of the Rippling Platform, this is one of the highest-impact positions at Rippling. As a Lead Designer, you'll work with many teams across Rippling to drive key, platform-wide projects. Your work will enable all teams to move quickly and deliver exceptional product experiences. What you will do Push the boundaries of what’s possible: Defining what great AI-first user experiences look like and ensure those experiences are adopted across our products. Exercise Agency over Permission: Drive outcomes in a wildly impatient environment. Adopt a "shipping beats demos beats memos" mindset. Set a new bar for UX quality: Lead important platform-wide efforts to build easy-to-use, highly repeatable UX patterns. Become an authority: Drive the future Rippling’s design language, setting standards for our design system and how systems thinking is embedded within Rippling’s design practice. Provide design feedback at scale: Build and drive systems that ensure high quality user experience across Rippling LLM-first: Use Agents and AI-based tools to drive alignment, velocity, and execution. Create high-fidelity prototypes; draft PRDs and data models; and deliver visuals and specifications for your final design solutions. What you will need 8+ years of product design or design systems experience, heavily indexing on dense B2B platforms, horizontal archit ectures, or complex developer tooling Demonstrated AI-Native Mindset: Active use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-assisted coding/prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code) in your daily workflow. A lack of AI prototyping capability is a non-starter. Deep Systems Thinking: A proven ability to negotiate the horizontal complexity of a compound platform and build UI/UX frameworks that scale cleanly across dozens of product surfaces. An outstanding portfolio showcasing a depth of knowledge in user experience, interaction, and visual/user interface design. High-Velocity Execution: Comfort acting as an autonomous IC who drives high-quality craft without becoming a process bottleneck or committee coordinator. Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to execute on component deliverables. Even if you don’t meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply. Skills can be used in lots of different ways and your life and professional experience may be relevant beyond what a list of requirements will capture. Additional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other legally protected characteristics, Rippling is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities who need assistance during the hiring process. This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The Role The Palantir Design Team is responsible for the human experience of using our software. Our team is growing rapidly, but we're committed to creating a tight-knit team environment that fosters trust, integrity, empathy, and growth. We work together in realising a shared product vision, and regularly give feedback and critique to each other. Designing at Palantir is a varied experience. On a given day, you might be: leading a design sprint for your product team; designing a micro-interaction to make a complex analytical task feel simple; and/or advocating for UX consistency by creating flexible, reusable UI components. You consider things like API documentation, SDK functionality, and developer onboarding and can speak the language of a developer. You have familiarity with existing developer tooling and have strong understanding of developer workflows. Core Responsibilities • Interaction and visual design. As a product designer, you'll be involved at every stage of design work. You'll help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions of a feature, and execute on a crisp and effective visual design. You should have experience with mockup and prototyping tools. • User research. We frequently do informal user research, and value people who can be flexible with research processes and methodologies to achieve the right outcome. • Prototyping. You will prototype, both to communicate your designs and validate your decisions. • Partnering with engineers. We work closely with product and forward deployed engineers to realize our design ideas. You'll treat engineers as partners and collaborate with them to prototype and build out products. • Awareness of how software interfaces are built. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript is appreciated. You don't need to be an expert—just fluent enough to collaborate with engineers, and know what's possible with frontend technologies. Resources and mentorship are available to designers who want to learn more. Designers at Palantir have great autonomy over their work, so a wide skill set is necessary. However, many designers on the team are also passionate experts in one area. You might be the kind of designer who ships code every week, or the kind of designer who shares detailed user research findings with your team. What We Value An iterative design process. You validate your ideas early (with stakeholders and users) and are thoughtful and intentional in seeking and responding to feedback. You move fast, listen, and adapt. You rapidly incorporate feedback, and prioritize collaboration. You are adept at giving and receiving critiques. Collaboration and communication. You can build great relationships with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders—and convey your design rationale to them. To reach these audiences, you'll communicate your designs through a variety of methods: presenting your mockups, making prototypes, sharing a design spec. Thoughtful, intentional work. You know that form informs function and usability—that the surface layer doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Your design decisions are often informed by—and will influence—engineering and business considerations. Dedication to the user. You'll design software that changes how people use data in government, commercial, and philanthropic contexts. You strive to understand our users—who can range from a manufacturing plant worker to a pharmaceutical researcher—and fight to empower them. What We Require A portfolio demonstrating at least one software interface design project. If parts of your portfolio are password-protected, please include your portfolio password under 'Additional Information' when applying.
