GOVX
Product Manager - Internal AI Enablement
San Diego, California, United States · Full-time
As the Product Manager for Internal AI Enablement , it is your job to discover and build AI-powered solutions that make work easier, faster and more automated for teams across GOVX. Your customers are your fellow employees. You are a problem solver, intellectually curious and motivated by learning. This is a hybrid role that is equal parts product manager and builder. You will dive deep with teams throughout the organization, learn how their business works, identify the workflows that are ripe for AI automation and then build the agents and tools that solve those problems yourself. Our engineering team is available for support, but this is a hands-on role and you will own the build. You will start as a solo builder, working across all departments, beginning with Sales and Marketing. To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid background in product management, a track record of shipping AI tools that have a demonstrable impact on real business workflows, an ownership mentality and strong communication skills. Job Responsibilities Product The Product Manager for Internal AI Enablement must become an expert on our internal teams, their processes and the AI tools available to improve them. Customer focus: Your customers are your fellow GOVX employees. You must be passionate about understanding how each team works, showing curiosity about their goals and empathy for the friction they face in their day-to-day work. Business expertise: You must be able to develop deep expertise in how every function of the business operates, including sales, marketing, partner management, merchandising, customer support and finance. You will embed with each team to map their workflows before proposing a solution. Requirements development: You must be able to translate what you learn into clear requirements for AI tools and workflows, prioritizing the opportunities with the greatest impact on the business. Data-informed decisions: You must practice data-informed decision-making. At all times, you should have a clear understanding of how employees are using the tools you've built, grounded in data. Initial measures of success will include the number of workflows and agents in production and employee satisfaction with those tools. Stakeholder communication: You must be able to build trust among stakeholders throughout the organization, from individual contributors to department leaders. AI expertise: You will be expected to stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape, including new capabilities within the tools we use, emerging best practices and industry trends. Product expertise: You will become the recognized AI enablement expert within the organization and should be able to effectively demo and teach the tools you build to internal stakeholders. Build As the Product Manager for Internal AI Enablement , you are also the builder. Roughly half of your time will be spent hands-on, building and deploying AI tools. Agent development: You will design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Microsoft 365 integration: You will build solutions that live where our employees already work, integrating with SharePoint and Teams. Iteration: You will work closely with stakeholders to test, refine and improve the tools you've built after they are in production. Shipping is the beginning, not the end. Deployment and adoption: You are responsible for driving adoption of the tools you build. This includes rollout, training, documentation and ongoing support for the teams that use them. Engineering partnership: You will know when a problem requires engineering support and partner effectively with our engineering team when it does. AI governance: You will play a critical role in helping to evolve our AI governance practices - partnering with Engineering, IT and HR - to ensure the tools you build are secure, compliant and responsible. Process As the Product Manager for Internal AI Enablement , you must be well versed in product discovery, optimization and delivery. Product discovery: You will utilize product discovery to tackle risks upfront as much as possible. As such, you must have a strong grasp of multiple product discovery techniques, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, journey mapping, framing and prototype testing. You must also know how to apply the right technique to tackle the biggest risks in the most cost-effective way possible. Rapid prototyping: You must be comfortable building quick prototypes to validate an idea with stakeholders before investing in a production-ready solution. Product optimization: Once a tool is in production, it is your responsibility to evaluate, improve and refine it to better serve employees and the business. Passion: We are also looking for someone with a passion for their craft. Just as you're constantly improving your tools, we also want you to improve your own product management and building skills. People No product manager is successful in a vacuum. Even as a solo builder, it takes collaboration across the company to deliver tools that make a real difference. Build relationships: You must be a team player, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with business stakeholders, engineers and leadership. Foster collaboration: You must have the ability to create a shared understanding with stakeholders throughout the discovery and build process. You should encourage teams to bring their ideas and problems to you. Change management: You must be able to help teams adopt new ways of working, meeting people where they are and building confidence with AI tools at every skill level. Communication: You must have the ability to communicate the broader vision for AI at GOVX. In this role, you will act as an evangelist for AI enablement. You must be able to visualize and articulate both the target outcome and the steps to get there. Adyen
Group Product Manager, Revenue Platform
Chicago · $235,000 - $317,000 USD
This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. Group Product Manager, Revenue Platform The Opportunity Adyen is a full-stack payment processor and licensed global bank, serving many of the world’s largest enterprises across more than 250 payment methods and dozens of markets. One of the reasons they choose us is how we charge them. Our Interchange++ model shows interchange, scheme fees and Adyen’s own markup as separate, visible components, with no hidden fees. On top of that transparency, we offer pricing that flexes to how global businesses actually operate: by market, card type, channel, payment method or ticket size, all on one platform and one invoice. That promise is only as good as the systems behind it. Revenue Platform is the backbone of it. We build the platform that turns every payment and every product into a correct, explainable, compliant invoice, and that gives our commercial teams the freedom to price creatively without engineering work. It also gives Finance and our customers a true view of cost and margin. We are looking for a Group Product Manager in Chicago to lead Revenue Platform’s product managers and own the group’s strategy and results. We need a platform leader: someone who knows that the best internal platforms are measured by how much they let other teams do without them. You will set the direction for how Adyen monetizes for the next decade, on a modern event-based foundation we have already built. What You’ll Do Own a Core Differentiator: Set the vision for how Adyen delivers transparent, flexible pricing to the world’s largest businesses. Decide what the platform builds, what it retires and what it deliberately leaves out, and tie every bet to customer trust, commercial growth or revenue accuracy. Build a Platform Others Build On: Shape revenue capabilities into reusable, well-designed services that product teams can use as they are, without workarounds. Measure success by how fast teams across Adyen can launch, price and monetize new products on their own. Unlock Pricing Freedom: Give commercial teams the models, data and tools to structure any deal, from transaction-value pricing to custom enterprise contracts, without bespoke engineering. Make Cost and Margin Visible: Extend the platform from revenue to cost, so Adyen and its customers can see what every payment truly costs and earns. Treat Compliance as Product: Partner with Tax, Legal and Finance to turn tax and invoicing obligations across markets into automated, auditable capabilities, with a pragmatic view of what each one requires. Lead & Develop Senior Talent: Hire, coach and grow a team of product managers who own their domains end to end. Make the Hard Calls: Align Engineering, Finance, Commercial and the many product teams that depend on the platform, without direct authority. Hold the line on platform design even when that means saying “no.” Who You Are Platform Leader: You have led internal or B2B platform products with many consuming teams, and you know how to design interfaces, contracts and incentives that drive adoption. Product Leader: You have 8+ years in product management, including hands-on experience hiring and developing product managers. Technically Deep: You are comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven, high-volume, data-intensive systems where correctness is non-negotiable. Financially Fluent: You understand how pricing, cost, margin and tax flow into invoicing and financial reporting, and you can earn the trust of a finance organization. Grounded in the Space: You have experience with billing, pricing, revenue or payments infrastructure. Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a strong plus. Influential Communicator: You are clear and confident with technical, commercial, finance and executive audiences worldwide. Total rewards & compensation The annual base salary range for this role is $235,000 - $317,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more. In-office expectations This role is based in our San Francisco office. We're an office-first company and expect employees to work in-office at least 3 days a week on average. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while also supporting flexibility. This role is based out of our Chicago office. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Adyen We actively seek different perspectives to sharpen our ideas. Our unique culture is a product of our diverse backgrounds and experiences. No matter who you are or where you’re from, you’re welcome to be your true self at Adyen. If you need accommodations or support during the recruitment process to perform at your best, you’ll have the opportunity to let our team know in your application. We encourage people from all backgrounds and abilities to apply. What’s next? Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process tends to take about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role. New York, New York, USA · $105,600 — $132,000 USD
The Technical Content team is looking for a Technical Video Writer to create practitioner-focused videos that make complex technical concepts clear, engaging, and useful. You’ll develop scripts and narratives that show customers how to get more from our products across formats, including technical explainers, feature roundups, podcast-style conversations, and new video concepts. Ensure content is technically accurate, reflects Datadog’s voice and tone, and clearly communicates customer value. Support post-production tasks, including video editing, sound mixing, and closed captioning. Who You Are: You have a talent for video storytelling, demonstrated through writing samples and a portfolio of past work. You have hands-on video editing experience and proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere or Final Cut Pro, motion graphics tools such as AfterEffects, and AI tools to support video editing. You are comfortable with taking initiative and managing multiple concurrent projects with limited supervision. You have 2-5 years of experience writing scripts for a technology company or working as a technical journalist. Experience as a technical advocate or an engineer is a plus. An overview of this role As a Senior Product Manager for Data Integrations, you'll help GitLab's analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) agents see beyond the data held in GitLab. You'll decide which external systems connect to the Data Insights Platform and Orbit, which integrations come first, and how their data fits into shared models. Engineering teams plan work, track incidents, monitor production, and manage security findings across different tools. Your challenge is to bring that context together with GitLab's code, merge requests, pipelines, deployments, and vulnerabilities. You'll shape a consistent approach that gives customers a trustworthy picture they can query, report on, and use with agents, rather than another set of disconnected data sources. This role is based in Bangalore, India. You'll work from home and come to the Bangalore office when needed for business or team activities. You should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate there. What you'll do Set integration priorities using evidence from customers, field teams, and other product managers to identify the biggest gaps in context. Shape how external data maps into GitLab's shared data models, including the extract, transform, and load (ETL) approach and the transformations needed to make sources work together. Define the customer problems and user groups each integration serves. Partner with engineering to agree on the intended experience, trade-offs, and delivery sequence. Translate product decisions into a clear backlog of epics and issues for engineering. Define telemetry and adoption signals to understand whether connected data helps customers answer new questions, and use those findings to guide priorities. Help shape integration pricing and packaging as the product area matures. Use AI coding agents and GitLab to explore data, prototype integrations, and document the intended experience. What you'll bring Product management experience, with the ability to connect customer needs to priorities and make trade-offs with incomplete information. Strong knowledge of the software development and operations (DevOps) ecosystem, including how planning, security, observability, and IT service management tools fit into engineering workflows. A working understanding of data integration, ETL, and data transformation, including how data from different systems maps to a common model. You don't need a background as a data engineer. Comfort using AI tools for prototyping and documentation as part of your product work. Clear communication about customer problems, close collaboration with engineering, and a habit of using data to evaluate adoption. Experience with integration products, data models, or value stream analytics is helpful, but isn't required. About the team We're part of GitLab's Core Data Products organization, which focuses on insights, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You'll report to the Vice President of Product Management and join as our third product manager, focused on Data Integrations. You'll work alongside a Principal Product Manager responsible for the Data Insights Platform and dashboards, and a Product Manager focused on Orbit. GitLab is all-remote, with asynchronous collaboration across regions. Transparency, written communication, and clear decisions are central to how we work. This role has the Bangalore location and in-person requirements described above. How GitLab Supports Full-Time Employees Benefits to support your health, finances, and well-being Flexible Paid Time Off Team Member Resource Groups Equity Compensation & Employee Stock Purchase Plan Growth and Development Fund Parental Leave Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. If you're excited about this role, please apply and allow our recruiters to assess your application. Country Hiring Guidelines: GitLab hires new team members in countries around the world.
