Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay: $72k to $88k/year
Experience:- 2-5+ years of previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in a bakery or dough production environment is strongly preferred.
Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's in Food Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
This role oversees production operations in the bakery, BEAR, and dough room areas during the assigned shift. The
Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring employee safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Job Description:- Lead, coach, and support a team of 20+ operators during your shift.
- Ensure all packaging and processing equipment in BEAR, bakery, and dough room are operating effectively.
- Monitor the positive flow of raw materials and supplies to prevent production delays.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards across all production areas.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Position Requirements:- Experience in food production, with emphasis on bakery or dough processing is preferred.
- Working knowledge of packaging and production line equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety systems (GMPs, HACCP) and QA standards.
- Ability to manage materials and inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Understanding of production scheduling and planning.
- Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and process issues.
- Strong skills in reporting, documentation, and data tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Clear, confident communication skills for directing staff and coordinating with other teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under pressure.
- High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Accountability for meeting production targets and maintaining standards.
