Pay: $20 to $21.50/hour
Experience:- 5 years of closely related procurement experience.
- Prior experience using procurement and accounting software (SAP required).
Education: Associate's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or a closely related field (may substitute for significant experience).
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Procurement Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! This role, under the guidance of their manager, will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and supporting the company's mission to provide superior service to our clients.
Job Description:- Manage end-to-end procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase orders.
- Build supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Issue and evaluate RFPs/RFQs and PRs for quality, cost, and compliance.
- Partner with internal teams to align sourcing with organizational needs.
- Analyze supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive strategies.
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
Position Requirements:- Experience in cost analysis, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of sourcing, bidding, and contract compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
