- Temp SPRINGFIELD LAKES Role - TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY!
- Remote/Hybrid - In-office
- Position - Property Manager
- When -Immediate ongoing position
- Duties -Managing portfolio of 150 properties, support with inspections & leasing, as well as a VA
- Software/s - PropertyMe
- Days/Hours -Full time hours preferred but they can offer some flexibility (7am-4pm or 8am-6pm for example) - require assistance for 30 hours per week at least, one day WFH per week
- Parking - Yes
- Company Car - Yes
- Notes -Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
- Minimum two years' working either as an agency or onsite property manager managing a portfolio of similar size or someone who is ready to step up!
- Professionally presented, reliable and with a friendly and approachable nature
