A growing Sunshine Coast property management team based out of a modern lakefront office urgently needs an experienced Senior Property Manager. This is a rare chance to join a collaborative, tight-knit team managing a Sunshine Coast-only rent roll. Great work/life balance, supportive leadership and clear growth potential.

- Virtual Assistant & admin support provided
- Up to $85K + Super depending on experience
- Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities
- Friendly, supportive team culture with strong retention and growth focus
- End-to-end management of a clean residential portfolio ( 110 properties)
- Lease management, renewals and tenant relations
- Property inspections, maintenance coordination and contractor liaison
- Maximise rental income, occupancy and portfolio performance
- Prepare reports, handle enquiries and maintain compliance with QLD legislation
- Work closely VA for admin support
- Use Propertyme & Microsoft Office Suite
- Current QLD Registration Certificate (Cert IV in Real Estate Practice minimum)
- Proven experience in residential property management (end-to-end)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure
- Excellent written + verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with PropertyMe and MS Office; tech-savvy and process-oriented
- Solution-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team
