A leading construction group is seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team in Perth. This is a full time, permanent role offering long term career progression, a supportive team culture, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.
You'll be responsible for supervising all on site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, leads by example, and values strong stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Be Doing- Overseeing day to day site operations and managing subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth workflows.
- Managing site setup, signage, and protection throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Salary package: $220,000 + Super.
