• Manage residential property portfolios of various sizes
• Communicate with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance, arrears, and general enquiries
• Coordinate trades for repairs and ensure compliance standards are met
• Conduct a variety of inspections
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and NCAT matters as required
• Use industry-standard software such as PropertyMe, REST, Console, and others

• Flexible temporary roles across Sydney

• Minimum of 12 months experience in residential property management
• Solid understanding of NSW property legislation
• Proficient in property management software
• Current Certificate of Registration or Cert IV in Real Estate
