In addition, it has expanded into lifestyle retail, representing top brands in beauty, home, fashion, and hospitality.
Job Purpose Lead, support, and inspire the Beauty team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high retail standards, and ensure smooth department operations-including merchandising, stock control, and performance management-to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand's reputation.
What You'll Do
- Ensure brand and retail standards are consistently maintained across the department.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and motivating the team.
- Coach and support team members in building strong client relationships and delivering high value sales.
- Welcome and greet each customer warmly, confidently identify their needs, and recommend suitable products, including link sales opportunities, to close transactions effectively.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Support the induction and training of new team members in coordination with the Store Manager and Training team.
- Uphold personal grooming and professional standards, encouraging team adherence.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels daily, reporting to the Store Manager to ensure optimum availability.
- Minimize stock loss through strong floor vigilance and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure department compliance with all policies and procedures, including refunds, exchanges, security, and health & safety.
