Al Tayer Insignia is a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East. The retail division hosts a portfolio of world class luxury brands across fashion, jewellery, home, and department store categories, and extends into lifestyle retail with leading beauty, home, fashion, and hospitality brands.
About The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced CRM Executive who will execute and plan customer centric, multi channel automated marketing campaigns. The role will develop and shape the CRM acquisition & retention strategy, driving performance and engagement across customer segments to uplift key performance KPIs for Al Tayer Insignia's brands.
What You'll Be Doing- Develop and deploy bilingual CRM communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in app messaging at scale.
- Ensure smooth communication management from briefing to testing to final deployment.
- Pro actively recommend and implement GCC CRM communication best practices with optimal user journey considerations.
- Identify opportunities for automated/triggered communications within the customer lifecycle to boost CLTV and retention rates.
- Manage day to day production of multi channel communications: scope initial requirements, brief creative and content teams, build audiences, deploy comms, and report granular results to stakeholders.
- Analyze customer, campaign, and channel data; identify opportunities to target new customer segments and evolve trade strategy.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly reporting, monitor and hit forecasted revenue.
- Own test and learn strategy to optimize communications effectiveness and feed insights back into continuous testing and refinement.
- Develop omnichannel strategies that include CRM & Marketing Automation (email, web & app push notifications, retention, upsell, re activation of defecting customers).
- Create customer targeting and segmentation strategies to increase retention and minimize churn.
- Implement, monitor, and optimize automated CRM journeys using ESP (SFMC).
- Leverage internal teams and agencies to optimize journeys across the Al Tayer brands portfolio.
- Forecast volumes, engagement, revenue, and traffic.
- Conduct QA/testing, deployment, post campaign analysis, and evaluation.
- Execute campaign deployment and execution.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a retail business.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience with campaign management, PowerPoint, Excel, the Microsoft suite, and ESPs (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience designing and building automated journeys/programs.
