Our client has a contract opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a number of central offices in various suburban locations. This contract would lead to the opportunity to apply for the permanent position. These business centres provide workplace support services for frontline consolidated offices in locations such as Ashfield, Campbelltown and Gosford. The centres provide the management of services and supplies to support the business's agile offices and workplace operations. This requires the management of systems and processes as well as emergency and facilities management and compliance for the Central Offices and for the delivery of a Workplace Transformation project. Working with suppliers, contract partners and an engaged and friendly team, you will ensure a human centred workplace experience for staff and visitors. The role is also hands on and oversees the budget, reporting, contracts, procurement and associated financial responsibilities for the Workplace Centres portfolio. You will balance the needs and expectations of various stakeholders in different business units who may have conflicting priorities in terms of office space utilisation, workplace amenities, or budget constraints. This includes ensuring that physical office space is utilised effectively, overseeing space optimisation, reducing underutilised areas, and managing fluctuating employee numbers in the office that requires data-driven decision-making. The role will also identify and resolve emerging facility and site issues; and address maintenance issues within the building managers and contractors.
Suitable candidates will have experience managing operations in a highly focused customer environment and have experience in the delivery of a defined scope of support and services. You will also have experience in managing the delivery of Workplace Transformation projects and have a proven track record in effective operational management and experience reporting workplace performance and introducing continuous improvement initiatives. You will have the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and have the people skills to lead from the front in new ways to engage staff.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive ofmandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
