This is a team that know a thing or two about Real Estate! With the goal set to be the Inner West's number one team, this is a group of individuals that constantly lead the way when it comes to technology, streamline procedures and team work that will make any Agent's job a dream! This is a Director that is looking to expand their team, mentor and pipeline an Associate to succeed.
If you are a hardworking, highly organised individual who has their sights firmly set on nothing but success, then this could be your chance to becoming one step closer to affiliating yourself with an elite performer. You will be efficient, precise and attentive.
Responsibilities- Work alongside a number 1 Director within the Agency
- Attend pre listing presentations
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
- Supporting the full sales process
- Assisting with open for inspections
- Datebase management
- General administration duties involved
- Organising material for listing presentations
- NO Administration
- Previous experience in Real Estate sales
- We want someone hungry!
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- A valid driver's license & Certificate of Registration
- This is an opportunity to work alongside the SMOOTHEST negotiator in the Inner Wset
