We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 120 properties. You will be responsible for end-to-end tenancy management while working closely with a supportive pod including Property Management Assistants and a Leasing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections with detailed reporting and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive communication
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor access in line with compliance standards
- Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy breaches, ensuring all legislative requirements are met
- Monitor arrears and take appropriate follow-up action
- Work collaboratively with internal support staff to manage administrative and compliance processes

- Minimum 2 years Residential Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration required
- Experienced with ReapitPM (Console) or similar property management software
- Proactive, client-focused, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Mid-level PM or Assistant PM ready to step up
- Familiarity with QCAT processes is advantageous
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Company car provided for work hours
