The Remote Teller (RT) performs financial and service transactions efficiently over video calls while maintaining service and control standards.

Responsibilities:

Process transactions accurately and swiftly via video call on the Interactive Teller Machine.
Reduce wait and serve times through efficient processing.
Manage customer expectations during interactions.
Ensure zero risk of cash transactions and operational losses, adhering to SOPs.
Accurately deliver and receive cash from customers.
Stay vigilant about fraud trends and report suspicious activities.
Seek guidance on irregular transactions and adhere to approval processes.
Perform error-free transactional report checks.
Investigate discrepancies in cash balancing and reconciliation.
Follow policies to maintain an acceptable risk rating.
Assist the team in daily transactional and maintenance activities.
Achieve 100% score in remote teller area evaluations.
Identify customer needs, cross-sell, and refer Mashreq products.
Stay updated on process and control changes.
Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service.
Understand Interactive Teller Machine functionalities and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Good customer service skills.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including Saturdays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and teamwork.
Ability to handle pressure and routine work with enthusiasm.
Attention to detail, quick with numbers, vigilant.
1-3 years of banking teller experience is a plus.
