Tasks and Responsibilities:
- 120 ONLY properties in the portfolio
- Entries, exits, routines
- Arranging maintenance, issuing work orders
- Managing rent arrears
- Lease Renewals
- Insurance claims
- Owner/tenant liaison
- Leasing and application processing
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Property management experience MIN 12 months experience
- Current drivers license
- Punctuality & honesty
- A fresh approach to property management
- Property ME experience preferred but not essential
- A solid brand to build your experience
- Strong team of professionals who will support & nurture you
- A culture that celebrates success

- Monday - Friday (no weekend work!)
