Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 120 properties with autonomy and support
• Oversee all leasing processes including marketing, open homes, and applications
• Conduct detailed ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with landlords and tenants
• Manage repairs, maintenance, rent collection, and arrears
• Ensure full compliance and uphold best practices in property management

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Property Management
• Current Certificate of Registration (COR) or Real Estate Licence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Experience with ALO or similar property management software is highly regarded
• A team player who enjoys working in a positive and collaborative environment
