We're currently seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join a fast-paced transformation project within a large government organisation. This temporary opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to contribute to meaningful organisational change.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and project support to leaders and project teams
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure action items are followed up
- Manage and update project documentation and internal forms
- Support procurement and finance-related actions to ensure timely completion
- Assist with onboarding and general administrative support to enhance team efficiency
You'll be a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring:
- Experience supporting projects, ideally within government or large organisations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A flexible and methodical approach to work
- Location: Adelaide CBD
- Contract: 3 months, full-time (ASAP start)
- Pay rate: Up to $47 per hour + Super
- Requirements: Two recent manager/supervisor references, police clearance (within 6 months), and photo ID
