Omni is currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced Defence Project Managers to support major Defence programs nationwide. We are looking for professionals located in the following cities: Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth.

Experience we are looking for: We are looking for professionals who can lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, Defence representatives, and industry partners to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Defence standards, and applicable legislation.
• Foster strong working relationships with Defence clients and industry partners.

Who You Are:

• Proven defence experience (minimum 5 years) in Project Management across land and maritime domains.
• An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• An Australian Citizen.
• Hold a current NV1 (as a minimum).
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, practical outcomes.
• Hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, and other related disciplines.
