Omni is currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced Defence professionals across a range of disciplines to support major government and industry programs nationwide. Our roles are located in:

We're looking for professionals across the following disciplines:

• Program & Project Management/Support - Lead or support the delivery of critical programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.
• Commercial & Procurement - Provide strategic procurement advice, manage complex contracts, and support commercial negotiations with key Defence stakeholders.
• Strategic Business Advisory - Drive organisational improvement, business case development, policy advice, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Systems & Software Engineering - Design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies across software and complex systems landscapes.
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) - Deliver tailored ILS strategies including maintenance planning, configuration management, and supply chain support.
• Project Scheduling - Develop, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules in support of large-scale and long-term initiatives.
• Technical Writing - Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for a range of audiences.
• ICT Professionals - Operate, maintain and optimise information and communication technology infrastructure and systems
• Communications & Network Engineering - Design, implement, and optimise secure, mission-critical communications and networking solutions across defence and enterprise environments.

Who You Are:

• Experienced and qualified in one or more of the above fields (minimum 7 years of experience)
• An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• An Australian Citizen
• Hold a current NV1 (as a minimum)
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, practical outcomes
