- Collaborate with Senior Management to refine and implement state growth and strategy plans
- Participate in HSEQ Senior Management meetings and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Oversee construction projects, ensuring planning and execution align with project management principles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attend community and business events to foster engagement and networking opportunities
- Drive the growth and development of project teams, fostering long term success
- Qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction or similar, with significant experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management
- Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card (WHS certification)
- Able to prioritise, self manage and work with minimal supervision
- Possess initiative and the ability to grow your portfolio
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members
