Portfolio Support Officer

An opportunity has become available for a Portfolio Support Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13,000 strong team is on providing world class health care to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

• Provide professional administrative services to the Portfolio Management Office team
• Contribute to executive briefs, submissions, presentations and information papers
• Deliver high quality secretariat services for executive level governance committees
• Develop and maintain procedures, systems, templates and tools to ensure effective processes

• While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

• Base salary ranging from $90,832 - $100,071 per annum

The Digital Transformation and Research division has been established to define, design, enhance delivery and sustainability of our most significant service improvement and digital transformation opportunities. Our high level responsibilities are for corporate strategy and planning and oversight and management of strategic partnerships, service improvement, digital transformation, digital operations, digital assets, digital partnerships, portfolio/program/project management including major capital/infrastructure programs, clinical coding, service disruption and service redesign.
