An experienced People & Culture Business Partner is required for an HR Projects contract. You will report to the People & Culture Manager and support a specific portfolio with a significant period of change.
Responsibilities- Assist in the organisational design and job structure for this team, including engaging with stakeholders to understand positions and create position descriptions.
- Risk assess rosters and schedules in alignment with industrial instruments.
- Support redeployment and possible redundancy.
- Handle other ad hoc projects.
- Ability to commence immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract.
- Strong generalist people & culture business partner experience.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and interpretation of modern awards and other industrial instruments.
- Excellent consultation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prior experience managing change projects.
