Our client is a WA success story that started small, grew organically and is now part of a larger group of companies. This integration has created the opportunity for an experienced generalist HR Advisor to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the people strategies including:
- Provision of generalist advice
- Coaching and development of line management
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
- Facilitation of inductions
- Assisting with performance management, disciplinaries and grievances
- Supporting the annual performance review, remuneration review and personal development plans
- Preparation and compilation of month end and year end people reports
- Supporting the development of new position descriptions and maintaining an up to date organisational structure chart
- Ad hoc projects including systems and process implementation
To be successful you should be an immediately available or available at short notice generalist HR Advisor with experience from the mining, resources or heavy industrial sectors. You should possess strong analytical and reporting skills coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication. A contemporary working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards is essential.
