Experienced talent acquisition advisor is required for a not for profit based in the Western Suburbs. Our client is experiencing an increased workload, creating the opportunity for a small, friendly HR team to welcome a new advisor.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the HR Manager, you will support the end to end recruitment process: advertising, prescreening, shortlisting, interviewing, and collating documentation and references to support onboarding.
QualificationsPrior recruitment experience is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to follow process, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a positive applicant journey.
Contract & CommencementThis is a three to four month contract requiring an immediate start.
