This is a rare Onsite Property Manager role with a chance to manage two well-maintained townhouse complexes (90-107 lots) with swimming pools, BBQs, and everything a resident could need. With the support of an assistant and a dedicated maintenance team, you'll be in charge of end-to-end property operations and building management duties.

What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing property operations for two townhouse complexes
- Managing day-to-day property management and building management duties
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards
- Liaising with residents to provide a smooth living experience
- Monitoring and reporting on property performance
About you:
- Previous Property Management experience (or a Building Manager ready to transition)
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Confident, organised, and a problem-solver
- Enjoys working onsite and leading by example
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus
- Ability to work without supervision, taking initiative with a positive 'can-do' attitude
