The Position- Managing a clean portfolio of under 100 apartments
- Arrears control / management
- Assistant to help out as needed
- Entry, exit, and routine inspections
- Leasing & processing applications
- Signing up new tenancy agreements
- Arranging repairs & maintenance
- Day to day communication with residents and owners
- Onsite parking
- Fast-growing, trusted agency
- Supportive management, well-structured
- Progression offered
- Friendly and supportive team & social events
- Excellent office culture
- 1+ years of Property Management experience
- Must have a QLD Certificate of Registration
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
