We are seeking a motivated individual to work alongside a Senior Property Manager. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their property management career! You will be responsible for overseeing a locally based portfolio and ensuring it is maintained to the highest standard.

• Conduct periodic inspections, prepare condition reports, and manage final inspections
• Handle arrears, rent reviews, repairs, and maintenance issues
• Manage leasing activities from start to finish
• Liaise effectively with owners' corporations, strata managers, owners, and tenants
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, own car and driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Ambitious, determined and self-motivated
• Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
