Shift: Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient occupational medicine clinic
- Call/Weekends: None
- Patient Type: Adult injured workers (mostly musculoskeletal injuries, lacerations, etc.)
- Support: Onsite MA; Level 2 Medical Director onsite 1 2x/week
- EMR: Epic (training modules + virtual session required before start
- Timeline: 30 days
- Epic Training: Mandatory modules + virtual session before start date
- Onboarding Info Required:
- Epic experience details
- Provider photo (high-resolution)
- Time zone, phone, email for scheduling/training
- Travel info & dietary restrictions (if any)
- ANCC/AANP or NCCPA Certified
- Active Colorado license
- Active BLS
- Must be Level 1 work comp certified (CO Dept. of Labor)
- Must obtain DOT certification once credentialing is done
- Clean malpractice/background
- Must confirm Epic training requirement compliance
