- EMR: Epic
- Patients per shift: 8-10 per shift
- Independently evaluates patients, documents plan of care, some new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manages chemo toxicities .
- Outpatient hematology experience preferred .
- Chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification) .
- Experience with bone marrow biopsy; Independent practitioners; Epic proficient .
- Board Certification,
- Active CT license,
- ONS chemotherapy
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA
