Property Advisory Project Management Software National Scope
Hudson is partnering with a respected national consultancy delivering strategic property advisory and project management services to clients across commercial, health, education, and government. With two aligned brands and a growing software platform, the business is entering a major growth phase and now seeks a proven sales leader to drive national expansion.
The OpportunityReporting directly to the Founder, you'll set and execute the national sales strategy building pipeline, leading key pursuits, and shaping commercial outcomes across enterprise and government clients. This is a hands on, growth-focused leadership role with real influence over both sales performance and business direction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead national revenue strategy and GTM execution across services and software
- Build and manage high-value client relationships at C suite level
- Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting, and pursuit governance
- Lead bids, pricing, and contract negotiations on strategic pursuits
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage a small, high-impact sales team
- Partner with the Founder on business planning, budgeting, and growth priorities
- 10+ years' experience in sales leadership within property advisory, real estate, workplace, infrastructure consulting, or proptech
- Proven success securing large, multi-stakeholder deals across government and enterprise
- Commercially sharp with strong contract, pricing, and negotiation skills
- Confident leader who builds accountability and delivers results through others
- Entrepreneurial, hands on, and highly credible with senior decision-makers
